Drawing on four years of daily Kundalini yoga & meditation practice and teaching with a deep commitment to living life with awareness, Karyn is actively developing D'lighted Global Empowerment Services to spread d'light (see Experience for a playful definition) throughout the planet. She offers powerful self-worth & prosperity workshops and individual journeys which clear blocks and allow us to claim our birthright to happiness, health and wholeness. Karyn's intention in teaching, writing and heart-centered business is to facilitate direct experiences of our interconnectedness and bliss. She is currently working on her autobiography which includes a dramatic international child custody battle and reconciliation. Between Berkeley and Berkeley, Karyn lived in Italy and France for nearly 12 years.
